Is the quote really free?
Yes. Kieran comes out, looks at the roof, explains the options and gives you a written quote. There is nothing to pay for the visit or the quote.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Hertfordshire. St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Stevenage, Harpenden, Hertford, Hitchin, Welwyn Garden City, Hoddesdon, Bishop's Stortford, Cheshunt and Potters Bar each have their own page, and the villages between them are covered too.
Who will I deal with?
Kieran, the owner. Ring 07310 120341 and you speak to him. He comes out, looks at the roof, explains the options and gives you a free written quote. In Reece's words on Google: "Kieran was great help throughout."
What guarantee do I get?
Every new roof we fit is guaranteed for 20 years, in writing. All our other work is guaranteed too, and the guarantee for your job goes on your written quote.
Do you do emergency repairs?
Yes, 7 days a week. Ring 07310 120341 and Kieran makes the roof watertight first, then gives you a written price for the permanent repair.
Are your prices fair?
Our customers say so. Dave's Google review reads: "Work finished below the quoted estimate." Jade's reads: "a further issue was found after work started, was very generous in supporting me with the added cost!" You get the price in writing before anything starts.
Do you do flat roofs and guttering as well?
Yes. Flat roofs in felt, GRP, rubber (EPDM) and single-ply, new gutters, gutter repairs and downpipes, gutter cleaning, fascias and soffits, and moss removal, as well as tiled and slate roofs, chimneys and leadwork.
When can you come out?
We work Monday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm, and take emergency call-outs 7 days a week. Ring 07310 120341 or send the form and Kieran arranges a time that suits you.
Are you a registered company?
Yes. KR & Sons Roofing & Guttering Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 16333728. Every review on this site links to the platform it came from, so you can read it at source.
